What We Do
TRI-VEN manufactures top-quality proprietary products for our partners using a process called rotational molding. Rotational molding, or rotomolding, is a manufacturing method that uses the motion of multi-axis rotation and the force of gravity to evenly distribute raw materials in powder form inside a mold, heated by an oversized oven to form products from plastic polymers. It is an especially effective choice for the production of hollow, seamless, and double-walled designs with exceptional strength, durability, and longevity.
